How does booking work?
You send an inquiry with your preferred dates, unit, and number of guests. We check availability and send you an exact offer. The reservation is confirmed once we explicitly confirm it and (as agreed) receive payment.
Is an inquiry binding?
No. Submitting the form is non-binding — it simply starts the conversation. You pay nothing in advance through the website.
How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply to inquiries within 24 hours.
How much does a stay cost?
Prices start at €129 per night (Dobra Romantika) and €229 per night (Dobra Harmonija), and vary by season and length of stay. A weekly discount applies to longer stays. You’ll receive the exact price for your dates in our reply.
How is the reservation confirmed and paid?
After we confirm availability, we send you instructions. Payment is by bank transfer or by cash on arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations we charge 50% of the price; for no-shows, 100%.
Is the tourist tax included?
The tourist tax (€2.5 per person per night; children under 7 exempt, 7–18 half price) is included in the price. Prices include VAT.
Minimum stay?
A minimum of 3 nights; in certain periods (holidays, high season) it may be longer.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in between 3 pm and 11 pm, check-out by 11 am. We welcome you in person on arrival — we’ll agree on the exact time beforehand.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please mention this in your inquiry.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking indoors is not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
Are bed linen, towels and cleaning included?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are included, as is the final cleaning.
Can I book both units together?
Yes, by arrangement. Together they sleep up to 10 guests — ideal for larger families or groups.
Are parking and wi-fi included?
Yes — free parking right by the property, free wi-fi, and free electric-car charging.
